I’ve been reading a lot on skate shops going out of business and how non-skateboarding corporations are buying shops like CCS, so they can open one in every mall in the country. Which puts the other skate shops out of business. It kinda bums me out too that these companies sell their videos first on iTunes and leave all the left over sales to the small shops.

That’s why I picked this welcome video of Randy Ploesser from theHIGH5. He didn’t rip as much as P-Rod, but hey, it was a good ass part and it was free.

And this second video is the Red & Yellow trailer from Escapist (Malto’s shop).

So, basically what I’m trying to say is support your local skate shops and skater own brands.
